(1) PAYMENT OPTIONS: MONTHLY RENTAL
NOTE:
For product order number & invoice number, these can be checked via MRCOWAYLECTURER / CODY / Coway toll-free careline at 1800-888-111.
IMPORTANT:

Deduction from credit card/debit card account will be performed on the 1st week of the month, varies & depending on the bank.

A Handling Fee of RM10 will be charged from the account if the monthly rental payment fails to be deducted.

For any updates of credit card/debit card details, a customer may contact Coway toll-free careline at 1800-888-111.

If the bill has been overdue for 3 months, the auto-debit account will automatically be reverted to regular payment mode. To proceed with auto-debit mode, a customer is to provide card number, expiry date and the issuing bank.
(2) PAYMENT OPTIONS: OUTRIGHT
(3) REFUND OF PREPAYMENT

Prepayment made by a customer (product price, rental processing fee, monthly rental fee) is refundable provided that the cancellation is made by the customer in writing before the product is installed or delivered at the doorstep.

The refund period is as follows:
-
For prepayment made using Credit/Debit card: 30 days

For prepayment made using Cash: 14 days
-
For prepayment made using Cheque: 30 days

(4) EARLY TERMINATION FOR RENTAL
-
In the event of an early product termination by the customer during the Minimum Rental Period, the customer shall pay a termination fee of an amount equals 50% of the total sum of the monthly rental fee for the remainder of the Minimum Rental Period calculated on a calendar month basis.

The customer who terminates the above Rental Agreement is not allowed to enter into another Agreement on rental with Coway for a period of 3 months from the date of termination.
(5) HEART SERVICE PACKAGE

A customer can subscribe Coway Service Package upon the expiry of the FREE service/warranty period.

The package covers CODY's periodic maintenance service (Heart Service) which includes filter change and sanitation at no extra cost.

All types of product repairs will be provided by Coway Technician (CT) at no extra cost.

The service period varies for each category of Coway product:
-
Water purifier, air purifier & water softener (every 2 months)

Bidet (every 4 months)
-
Outdoor filter Bamboo (every 6 months)

(6) MATTRESS CARE SERVICE (MCS)

A special 7-step mattress care service from Coway by mattress care expert - Homecare Technician (HT).

The 7-step service covers: dust level measuring, frame cleaning, frame wiping, side edge cleaning, mattress cleaning, dust mist repellent & UV sterilisation.

One-Year Mattress Care Service Package (3 times in a year - every 4 months)
